RELOCATION

From the moment you have found your Dream Home we can take over the stress of relocating to a foreign country and settling in with as little hassle as possible. If your property needs renovation work we can recommend and work with local builders, obtain quotes on your behalf, interpret and translate where necesary and obtain all licenses required. We have an excellent team of profesional builders, plumbers and electricians and are there to provide you with quotes for any service you require, also arrange a butano gas contract should you decide on gas installation for cooking and heating your water.

We can recommend and accompany you to purchase good quality, reasonably priced furniture and white goods and in fact just about everything you should need in your new home.

It is necessary to be registered at the local Ayuntamiento (Town Hall), have an N.I.E number (numero de extranjero), required by all foreigners, and a bank account. You may require assistance with registering at the Health Centre, local school, tax or Social Security offices. We will be pleased to quote you for any of these services and a member of our Spanish speaking staff will interpret for you.
